"I understand from a report released on Monday that the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice (Helen Grant) wrote to the European Scrutiny Committee on 28 March 2013 and 30 April 2013, on the subject of the Draft Directive amending Directive 2003/98/EC on re-use of public sector information.
