Witnesses: Richard de Goldesburgh, kt., Robert de Arthington, Robert Passelew, Walter de Hewkesworth, Peter de Marton, John son of Adam de Ottelay, Richard de Bayldon of the same, William le Smyth of Newall.

(i) a design of 5 burs, no legend.
(ii) a bird, legend indistinct.
